Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
In case of late cancellation, 50% of the services reserved must be paid.
Absence without cancellation costs the price of the service.
Cancellations must be made by phone or SMS.
Cancellation by email is not accepted as it may not be received.
